Dominic is the Manager of the Security Intelligence Section at Canada Border Service Agency. Within the CBSA, Dominic occupied several positions linked to Canada's War Crimes Program, including the management of the Agency's leading unit in war crimes and intervening as Minister's Counsel in war crimes exclusion cases before the Immigration and Refugee Board. Prior to his arrival in the CBSA, Dominic developed his experience in the war crimes field with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Court following a Master in International Human Rights Law and Humanitarian Law obtained from Lund University in Sweden.
