Script for the Biomek Laboratory Workstation for the automated assembly of
J-detector pools.

./for_[plate#].est
Forward primer sequences of the ESTs of any given plate.  The NCBI
numbers, melting temperature, and highest homology are indicated.


./rev_[plate#].est
Reverse primer sequences of the ESTs of any given plate.  The NCBI
numbers, melting temperature, and highest homology are indicated. 

./plate#.f&r

Forward and reverse primer sequences of the ESTs for any given plate.

./YAC
A program executable in UNIX (Solaris) for the conversion of our pool and
clone numbers to the conventional YAC coordinates can be supplied upon
request.
