Dr. Shan's research interests include spacecraft dynamics, control and navigation, active vibration control, smart materials and structures, formation flying, airships, motion synchronization control, and spacecraft simulator development. He directs the Spacecraft Dynamics Control and Navigation Laboratories at York University.
