Helen Wong is a graduate student of the Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law programme (MPPAL) at York Univeristy. She is also the President and founder of the MPPAL Student's Association. Helen was a teacher, English Language and Speech Arts & Drama instructor from Calgary, Alberta.
