Question. What’s the easiest way to get back to my blog homepage from other pages within my blog site?
Answer:
Click on the title of your blog to the right of the York’s logo on top of each page of your blog site.If you are in the admin area, click on the Go back to your blog homepage link above the menu bar.

Question. I would like to be notified when anyone posts a comment or a comment is held for moderation.

Answer:

1. Log into the admin area by clicking on the Login link on your blog homepage.
2. Type your Admin login id and password. Click Login button.
3. Go to Options > Discussions.
4. Find the section: E-mail me whenever.
5. Place checkmarks for both options: Anyone posts a comment and A comment is held for moderation.
6. Click Update Options if changes are made.

Question. How to change my blog settings so that students must be registered and logged in to comment on posts?

Answer:

1. Log into the admin area by clicking on the Login link on your blog homepage.
2. Type your Admin login id and password. Click Login button.
3. Go to Options > General.
4. Under General Options, find Membership section.
5. Place checkmarks for both options: Anyone can register and Users must be regsitered and logged in to comment.
6. Click Update Options when done.
