The grammar fraction-p.grm recognizes phrases for proper fractions and numbers containing fractions, such as "two thirds", "three quarters", "one half", "nine and a half", "sixteen twenty firsts", and "eight hundredths".  Hyphens that can occur in some fractional phrases, such as "sixteen twenty-firsts", are not yet recognized by the grammar.
