“In a world so full of
wondrous things, both natural and humanly created, there is much to
engage us - both as consumers and as consumer researchers.
In a world so sharply
delineated between the consumption of haves and have-nots, there is much
to concern us.
And in a world so full of
high level consumption, but so empty of human fulfillment, there is much
to challenge us.”
