Hi, my name is Tamara. I'm a fourth year communication studies and political science major at York University. I really enjoyed getting to watch That 70's Show for this class project — it's definitely far preferable to reading Hegel! It's a great show. The characters are cast perfectly and there are so many hilarious lines. I even found it interesting to examine the signs and referent systems that the show relies on to make meaning for its viewers. Although I've watched the show countless times before, I've never really given it much thought until now, so this was an interesting assignment that really made me think.
