Final Essay
Option A.
1. Select a Life from among those which you have chosen for Winter term.
2. From discussions in class and with fellow students locate another source for the character whom you have selected.
3. List the characteristics of the character whom you have selected as illustrated in the biography in the assigned readings and in the parallel source.
4. Describe the structure of your selected life and of the parallel source along with the topics and themes prevalent in each.
5. Construct an essay in which you describe and analyze and compare and contrast what you have discovered in #3 and #4.
Note well: This essay is not about your chosen character but about how different authors approach and employ this character in their works!
