Peter Tryfos (B.Econ., Athens; M.B.A., State University of New York at Buffalo; Ph.D., University of California at Berkeley) is Professor Emeritus of Management Science, Schulich School of Business, York University. He is the author of Business Statistics, McGraw-Hill Ryerson, 1989; Sampling for Applied Research: Text and Cases, Wiley, 1996; Methods for Business Analysis and Forecasting: Text and Cases, Wiley, 1998; The Measurement of Economic Relationships, Kluwer, 2004; and of a number of research monographs and articles in applied statistics that have appeared in the Journal of the American Statistical Association, Management Science, Operations Research, The Journal of the Operational Research Society, IIE Transactions, The Journal of Risk and Insurance, Accounting and Business Research, the American Journal of Agricultural Economics, the Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics, the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, and other publications. |
