How to order tickets for Gala 2012
6:00 to 9:30 pm,
Thursday April 26,
at the MaRS Collaboration Centre

(business attire)
Please select three tables, in order of your preference.
If there is someone else that you know will be attending,
and at whose table you would like to sit, please indicate that.
Please also indicate a meal preference (this will speed up the servers).
The choices are Braised Lamb Shank, Poached Arctic Char, and Vegetable Wellington.

Tickets are $250 each.
A charitable donation receipt will be issued
to you for the amount of the ticket price
