Allison received her BA in Psychology from York University in 2003 under the supervision of Dr. Ron Okada. She went on to complete her Master's and PhD in Social Psychology at York, under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Steele. Dr. Bair is currently a professor at Seneca College.
