Check-In at Pond Road Residence

If you are staying on campus at the Pond Road Residence, please print off and refer to instructions for check-in. Please note that check-in at Pond Rd. is only available between 11am-10pm. If you anticipate arriving after 10pm you must make prior arrangements by emailing Kim Flear at kflear@yorku.ca . Payment and key pickup are handled at the Pond Rd. front desk.

Single Room in Undergraduate Suite ($72/night plus 6% GST and 5% PST) = $79.92 per night
Pairs of private singles rooms share an ensuite kitchen and bathroom. You may provide the name of another delegate with whom you wish to share the suite.

Private Suite ($88/night plus 6% GST and 5% PST) = $93.28 per night.
The private suite is based on sole occupancy of only one of the two rooms

How to get to York from the Subway (TTC)

Get off at either the Downsview (Spadina line) or Sheppard (Yonge line) subway stations

• From Downsview Station take the following buses:

The designated parking lot for WILU is the Student Services Parking Garage (# 84 on the map) located at Pond Rd and James Gillies Street. To get to the Student Services Parking Garage from the main entrance off Keele St., turn left on James Gillies St. The garage is on your right past the Seymour Schulich Building. Parking passes can be picked up at the WILU Registration Desk inside the Schulich main entrance. You can park in the garage first, then proceed to Schulich to obtain your pass (which is not required to enter garage).
