Professor Lee was appointed an assistant professor in 2007, having worked in industry for over 10 years. Dr. Lee was responsible for attitude control system design and hardware development at Dynacon, Inc. Among many projects, she played a key role in the multi-mission microsatellite bus (MMMSB), the NEOSat microsatellite, and the Nano High-Performance Attitude Control Demonstration Mission.
Hugh Chesser has worked for over 20 years in industry prior to being appointed as an associate lecturer in 2006. Over his career he has designed, built, tested and launched space flight instruments and spacecraft. He was involved in varying capacities with space projects like the Cold Plasma Analyzer, Radarsat-1, Measurements of Pollution in the Troposphere, Scisat-1 and Microvariability and Oscillations of Stars.
