“For the first time, Google is taking some of its North American YouTube superstars on the road with an event at Yonge-Dundas Square May 2.
Six YouTube stars will be on the free event’s bill, including Markham’s Lilly Singh, 26, best known on YouTube as “Superwoman”.
Singh, who grew up in Scarborough, and who has a degree in psychology from York University, creates comic videos about her life and family, amassing 5.4 million YouTube subscribers so far.”
