Hitomi is a designer, specializing in user experience research and design. Over the past 9 years, she has helped governments, community organizations, and national and international corporations improve their stakeholder experiences. Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, Hitomi holds an Honours BA in Social Science and an Honours MA in Interdisciplinary Design Strategy from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
