Project Summary
Recruiting 2.0’s goal is to identify the ways that an ever-growing industry, such as AI, can either strengthen - or weaken - relationships between employers and potential applicants. Our project outlines the many advantages and many hazards associated with the amalgamation of human and robotic intelligence in the context of the job market. Rather than dictate a definitive answer, we instead urge readers to develop a nuanced understanding of key issues and then determine their own individual conclusions about this contemporary industrial trend that is percolating throughout market sectors - in all four corners of our world.
