Roger Keil (FES) and Matt Kellway (NDP MP for Beaches-East York) collaborated on an op-ed piece in the April 12th issue of the Toronto Star. The article, “Conservative budget at odds with urban Canadian realities”, comments on the federal budget and its position on urban centers, in which 80% of all Canadians live.
