This volume has been put together in memory of a brilliant student who was active in Toronto’s Jewish community, received a B.A. from York University, and was working on her doctorate at McMaster University at the time of her untimely passing. York faculty member contributors include Professors Phil Harland, and Martin Lockshin, from the Department of Humanities, and former student Yedida Eisenstat.
