Panel: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in MathematicsJune 23rd 2021

For the 2021 Canadian Applied and Industrial Mathematics Society (CAIMS) annual meeting we organized an open discussion on the topics of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Mathematics. We had a diverse group of panellists, including a graduate student, a post-doctoral researcher, two professors (one teaching stream), and an academic who now works in the industry.

A celebration of Women in Mathematics (May 13, 2019):

The Association for Women in Mathematics student chapter at York University invites you to enjoy a gallery presentation of achievements by women in mathematics. This event is offered in honour of Maryam Mirzakhani, the first woman to win a Fields Medal, who was born on May 12.


Putting Women Into the Equation: Changing Dynamics in Research
