A Warm Welcome to students who have been admitted to the Faculty of Science for the Fall Term starting in September 2025.
As a new Faculty of Science student, you are also a member of Bethune College. Bethune College is affiliated with the Faculty of Science and provides academic orientation for new science students.
What is Academic Orientation?
Academic Orientation is an opportunity to get connected: meet other new students, your peer mentor (who will help you transition to York), and senior student leaders. You'll also meet with one or more professors and will learn about the many social and academic supports and resources available to you as a member of The Faculty of Science and Bethune College:
