Join the Calumet & Stong Colleges’ Book Club – January 26, 2024 from 3:00pm – 4:30pm
Discover a unique book club experience where we explore literature through a lens of Decolonization, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and resilience. No need to read the book beforehand, although encouraged. Engage in a thought-provoking first hour, delving into themes, followed by 30-minutes of open, enriching discussion! Come join us for our book club launch on Friday, January 26, 2024!
The book club members will meet every 4th Friday of the month in a combination of virtual and in-person meetings (hybrid). Meeting dates are as follows for each month including the reading material:
- January 26, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm – Scarborough by Catherine Hernandez
- February 23, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm – Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult
- March 22, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm – The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett
