From picture to reality, from observer to agent
June 6 - 9, 2022
The 2022 CVR/VISTA conference will connect the long history of picture perception with new display technologies that blur the differences between pictorial representations and the reality of the world that they attempt to depict.
The program will be complemented by lab visits, poster sessions, industry exhibitions and presentations, and a banquet in honour of outgoing CVR director Laurence Harris.

- Attendees are required to wear masks that cover their nose and mouth in all indoor spaces at York

Please submit your poster proposal here as early as possible, but no later than Tuesday, May 24th, 2022
- Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words.
- Poster board dimensions: 71" wide by 47" tall.
- Posters will only be considered if you have registered for the conference. However, if the abstract is not accepted or if you have to cancel your participation for other reasons, the registration fee will be reimbursed.

If you need a Visa, please fill out the following form asap: http://cvr-forms.apps01.yorku.ca/machform/view.php?id=10963 We need this information in order to provide you with a letter to Immigration Canada. Visas can take a while to process, so the sooner we can provide you with this document the more likely you are to get your travel documents on time.
You should also purchase travel health insurance for the duration of your trip unless already covered for medical expenses in Canada under an existing insurance plan.
