Rimaljit Kaur holds a Bachelors degree in Global Health from York University, with a specialization in Global Health Policy. The degree allowed her to gain insight into the policies that shape the health of citizens around the globe, and the importance of creating policies which address the social determinants of health. She recently entered second entry Nursing program at York University.
Rimaljit’s passion for public health research was sparked during her research experience in a community hospital. She hopes to use research into pressing global health concerns as a means to improve health care delivery and health outcomes.
