Synergies in Planetary Health Research, Global Health Intern [S22]
Intern
Tina Barhagh is a third-year undergraduate student at York University majoring in biomedical sciences. She is also volunteering at Markham Stouffville Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and working with a PhD candidate to sort insects gathered from a Malaise trap. Tina is interested in expanding her knowledge of climate change, biodiversity, and current frameworks that address critical global health challenges. At the Dahdaleh Institute, Tina will be working with the Synergies of Planetary Health Research Initiative under the supervision of Dr. Idil Boran and Nilanjana Ganguli.
