As more provinces move to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic parents are expressing concerns about accessing the programs and what the expectations are.

Associate Professor John Ippolito says “inevitably if we move towards a set of expectations that are mandatory it’s going to be punitive towards some kids who are not in a position for any number of reasons to take full advantage of those resources."
