If you are accepted to present a poster at the EE Symposium, you will be required to attend to the dates and deadlines below:
- Attend the presenter training session on February 3, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.
- Submit your final poster, podcast or video by March 1, 2023.
- Attend the EE Symposium on March 8, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Your poster, podcast or video should be emailed to eesteam@yorku.ca
