The CAPnet Satellite meeting is free to attend on its own. If you are attending the Brain and Integrative Vision Conference, you can also submit an abstract to the CAPnet Satellite.
When you submit your abstract for the CAPnet Satellite, you will have the option to present either a poster, or a 10-minute talk. The number of oral presentation slots is limited. If you are interested in giving a talk, selections will be made based on availability.
You do not need to be registered for the CAPnet Satellite to submit an abstract, but if your abstract is accepted, you will need to register for the Satellite meeting to present it. We will notify you in May if your abstract has been accepted.
Abstract submission details:
- Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words.
- Deadline: April 30th, 2025, at midnight.
- Poster board dimensions: 71″ wide by 47″ tall.
