There will be three poster sessions during the conference. Anyone who registers for the conference can submit an abstract of the poster. You do not need to be registered to submit an abstract, but if your abstract is accepted, you will need to be registered for the conference to present it. We will notify you in April if your poster has been accepted and the time of your poster session.
Abstract submission details:
- Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words.
- Deadline: March 14, 2025, at midnight.
- Poster board dimensions: 71″ wide by 47″ tall.
