York University began construction of its new School of Continuing Studies building on the Keele Campus in March 2020. The building is located on the North East corner of Ian Macdonald and Pond Rd. south of the Student Services Parking Garage.

The building is projected to be a six-storey, 10,315 sq. m building with over 50 classrooms. The project is targeting LEED v4 BD+C Gold Level Certification. The firm of Perkins + Will (P+W) Architects has been selected to plan, design and provide construction administration.
The building is targeted for substantial completion in Summer 2022.
