The new exterior enhancements are the result of Victor Phillip Dahdaleh’s donation to the university. The goal of the improvements are to improve the overall aesthetics of the building while addressing some exterior building performance issues. The new interventions will add a more pronounced south entrance via a new entry portico pavilion that appears to reach to the street, thereby, enhancing the buildings presence on the street. The new extended north entry canopy will also demarcate the entrance better. The updated exterior concrete colours scheme along with new accent coloured films on the ground floor curtain wall along the north-south interior hallway will further animate the building and modernize the overall aesthetics. This project is substantially complete and is in the process of being commissioned.
