We are a team of dedicated and trained professionals committed to providing quality, efficient, and environmentally sound custodial services to the York U Community. Custodial Services is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of all interior areas of the campus’ academic and administrative buildings.
Operating on a 24-hour basis with multiple shifts, we start our week on Sunday at 11 pm and end at midnight on Friday. Our services consist of routine cleaning tasks and special projects.
Our Management Team is committed to achieving service excellence.
Clients can submit requests via the Maximo Service Request portal, emailing facilities@yorku.ca, or by calling the Work Control Centre at 416-736-2100 ext. 22401 between 7 am – 4 pm.
For any after-hour emergencies (floods, major spills, etc.), contact Security Services at 416-650-8000 or ext. 58000, and our On-Call Management Team will address the issue.
