There are many reasons to see a dietitian. Whether you need support managing an allergy, are trying to prevent or manage a health condition, improve athletic performance, or simply want to make more nutritious food choices to feel your best, dietitians have you covered.
What is a Dietitian?
Dietitians are regulated health professionals. To use the title Registered Dietitian (RD), dietitians must be registered with the dietetic regulatory body in the province in which they practice. Dietitians undergo comprehensive and rigorous training, both on the job and in university. Dietitians are held accountable to the highest standards of education and ethics, which means they look beyond fads and gimmicks to deliver reliable, life-changing advice.
