Ingredients
1/3 cup oats, dry
2 tsp chia seeds
2½ tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
2 tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded
¼ cup Wow Butter (peanut free)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
- Using a tablespoon measure, portion into balls and roll. Repeat until all are formed. Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve 2 each per snack.
TIPS: Use any nut butter at your preference and add any dried fruit for a touch of added sweetness!
