Ingredients

1/3 cup oats, dry​

2 tsp chia seeds​

2½ tbsp mini dark chocolate chips​

2 tsp maple syrup​

½ tsp vanilla extract​

3 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded​

¼ cup Wow Butter (peanut free)

Directions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon.​
  2. Using a tablespoon measure, portion into balls and roll. Repeat until all are formed. Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. ​
  3. Serve 2 each per snack. 

TIPS: Use any nut butter at your preference and add any dried fruit for a touch of added sweetness!
