Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp granola
1 tbsp chopped nuts e.g., walnut or almonds
Directions
- Put the berries into a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute. If you don’t have a microwave, heat the raspberries in a small saucepan on the stove over medium until warm and juicy
- Put the yogurt into another small bowl and pour the warm berries over the top
- Drizzle your maple syrup over the yogurt
- Sprinkle the granola and nuts of choice over the berries
TIPS:
- This recipe works best with frozen raspberries because their high-water content
- For a vegan alternative, use non-dairy or dairy-free yogurt
