Training Session: Creating and Maintaining Positive Spaces

This is a “101” session that will explore gender and sexual diversity, as well as homophobia and transphobia specific to the campus experience. Learn about using inclusive language, being a supportive ally, campus resources, and creating safer spaces on campus for gender and sexually diverse students, staff, and faculty. This session will be in English.

YorkU Pride 2024 Opening Ceremony

Date: Tuesday, June 4, 2024
Time: 1 PM - 2:30 PM
Location: Vari Hall Rotunda (Keele Campus)

The ceremony will feature opening remarks followed by the unfurling of the Pride flag. Attendees can enjoy free treats – provided by the Office of the Vice-Provost, Students– snap a selfie with York’s mascot, Yeo, and learn about 2SLGBTQIA+ resources and services available at York. 

All York community members are welcome.  

Rainbow Grad Celebration
