York has its own webpage dedicated to inform students about all things OSAP, so make sure to visit https://osap.yorku.ca/. The sooner you apply for OSAP, the sooner you’ll get your funding. Once that’s done, fill out your Student Financial Profile in August to be matched up with bursaries based on your financial need. Remember that you’ll need to complete your Student Financial Profile once for the Fall and Winter semester and once for the summer.
The Student Financial Profile (SFP)
- SFP is a multi-purpose online application form that is used to apply for scholarships, awards, bursaries, and on-campus employment programs. It must be filled out at the start of every academic year (once for Fall and Winter and once for Summer), in order to be eligible for above-mentioned opportunities.
