Check the program specific requirements as well as requirements based on your status (e.g., International Student, Canadian High School, Mature, Transfer student)

There are two ways to apply: choose the one that best applies to your circumstances:

Type of undergraduate application	When to use it
The Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) application	You want to apply to degree studies for any session except as listed below (Ontario high school students should see their guidance office).You’re a mature or university/college applicant and are applying to more than one university.
York University’s application	You’re a previous York student, ORYou’re a mature or university/college transfer applicant (if you’re only applying to York), ORYou want to take courses as a Visiting Student, ORYou want to apply to a certificate program

Expect an email from York University within 5 business days that contains your 9-digit student number.
Login to MyFile using your student number and date of birth
Check the “Supporting Document” tab on the left side
Check the status of your application and download any missing document or admission offers.
