Entrepreneurial Skills Passport Program for Professionals - Glendon ENtrepreneuriat et Innovation A L'international (GENIAL)

This program is comprised of 15 training modules that focus on the most important and challenging areas for new, current, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The modules can be taken individually or altogether. For each successfully completed module, participants will earn a micro-credit and digital LinkedIn badge. Participants who complete all program modules will receive a certificate.

A diverse group of young individuals collaborating on a laptop, engaged in a productive work session.

This training module allows participants to understand the process of searching for entrepreneurial opportunities and to become familiar with the relevant tools. At the end of this course, participants will be better prepared to identify and validate business opportunities to create or develop their business.

More specifically, participants will develop skills in researching, defining and validating problems that can lead to opportunities to offer products and/or services to a target clientele, in a market niche in an industry of their choice. Additional skills in business project communication will also be developed with multiple validation presentations in front of a panel of coaches.

Participants will receive a micro-credit badge after successfully completing this four-week training module. This module can also be combined with other training modules from the Entrepreneurial Skills Passport Program which will allow participants to obtain a certificate.

This module is offered in French and in hybrid mode (online and in person).
