New student? Welcome! Make your Registration Deposit

Your registration deposit is part of your tuition fee and will be credited towards tuition owing: it is not an additional fee over and above course fees.

As a new student, it is very important that you pay your deposit, because it confirms your registration at Glendon and lets you access the tools and services you need to prepare for the start of classes and to continue through your courses.

Types of Tuition

There are two academic tuition fee categories at York University: Domestic and International.

Domestic Tuition

The domestic tuition rate is charged to students who are specifically exempted from the international student charge by the regulations of the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

International Tuition

The international tuition rate is charged to students who are not exempted or who are unable to provide documentary proof of exempted status to the Office of the University Registrar. Learn more about each type of tuition here.

Waivers and Payments by a Third Party

Your academic fee may be paid by a third party (e.g. First Nations government, embassy, your employer, etc.) or waived (because you are a senior citizen or the dependent of a York University employee). See whether this applies to you here.
