Wilkinson Family Graduate Award in Environmental Studies

Overview

The Wilkinson Family Graduate Award in Environmental Studies was established in 2013 by Professor Paul Wilkinson (BA ’70) and his late wife Dorothy (BA ’79), who believe it is important to recognize a student’s success and accomplishments. The late Prof. Wilkinson (PhD, University of Toronto) held the title of University Professor and Professor in the Faculty of Environmental Studies and was a member of the Graduate Programs in Geography and Disaster Management. He also served on York University’s Senate and Board of Governors, including former Chair of Senate, and former Associate Dean, Graduate Program Director, PhD Program Coordinator and Undergraduate Program Director of Environmental Studies.
