Overview
The Harry W. Arthurs Fellowship will be awarded to highly qualified candidates with excellent academic records who propose to pursue doctoral degrees in the broad field of public law, with preference being given to candidates proposing to undertake interdisciplinary work. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons, be Ontario residents*, and demonstrate financial need.
