Two new observatory domes were successfully lifted into place at York University’s Allan I. Carswell Astronomical Observatory, replacing the original 1960s ones.

A group of York University physics students is working to shed more light on the topic of dark matter in collaboration with colleagues in Germany, thanks to the EXPeriential Learning Opportunity through Research and Exchange program (EXPLORE), an endeavour that provides students with hands-on experience in scientific research.
