Research Review Paper Proposal

Please submit the following to the graduate program office:

• Research Review Paper Proposal Approval Form
• Electronic copy of the proposal

Note that the proposal must be approved by your committee at least 3 months prior to the RRP defence

Research Review Paper Oral Exam

Please submit the following to the graduate program office:

• Research Review Paper Exam Approval Form
• Electronic copy of the Research Review Paper

Thesis Proposal

Please submit the following to the graduate program office:

• Thesis Proposal Form (TD1)
• FGS Human Participants Research Form (TD2)
• Appendix F: Statement of Relationship Between Proposal and an Existing HPRC-Approved Project (TD4), if necessary
• TCPS Tutorial Certificate
• Informed Consent Document
• Electronic copy of the proposal

Note that the thesis proposal must be approved by Graduate Studies at least 3 months prior to the thesis defence

Thesis Defence

Please submit the following to the program office:

• Recommendation for an Oral Exam–Masters
• One hard copy of the thesis (student is responsible for delivering hard copies of the thesis to their supervisory committee members)
• a pdf of the thesis

Note that all defence paperwork must be submitted to the program office at least 20 business days prior to the oral exam date.
