Carly Magnacca

I am a first year PhD student in the Clinical Developmental Psychology program. I previously completed an MA in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Brock University.

My research interests include evaluating evidence-based, skill development interventions for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, along with exploring predictors of positive intervention outcomes. I am also interested in assessing interventions focused on supporting caregivers’ mental health and well-being and increasing the public’s access to evidence-based research through knowledge mobilization. Further, I am a Research Analyst at the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and am a member of the Policy Advocacy Research Training (PART) Committee through Kids Brain Health Network.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my cats, exploring new restaurants in Toronto, and hot yoga.
