I am a first year PhD student in the Clinical Developmental Psychology program. Prior to studying at York, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Regina in 2018.
I have previous experience as an ABA interventionist and an elementary educational assistant, both of which influenced my research and clinical interests. My research interests include understanding quality of life for children with severe and profound intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a particular focus on the role of the education system. I am also interested in clinical and educational assessment for children presenting with autism, developmental disabilities, and learning difficulties.
When I’m not at the university you can often find me in my kitchen cooking or baking. Sometimes I even share my creations with the lab!
