Conference Venue

Osgoode Professional Development (Downtown Toronto)

The entrance to Osgoode Professional Development is located right on the south-west side of Young-Dundas Square outside of the Eaton Centre, in between the H&M and Joey Restaurant.

The entrance to the Law Society of Ontario is the east entrance next to the new spirit garden and Nathan Phillips Square (pictured below).
Note: Due to construction in front of the building, the front entrance is blocked, if coming from the Osgoode Subway station. If you come this way, please walk towards the east side of the building.

East Entrance

The two nearest airports are:

  1. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is an international airport located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It is the main airport serving Toronto and its surrounding area.
  2. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTO) on the Toronto Islands is a regional airport, providing regular services within Canada and to some United States destinations.

Osgoode Professional Development is conveniently located above the Dundas subway station (TTC).

Streetcars and bus stops are also steps away (TTC). For more information, please visit www.ttc.ca.

Nearest parking locations are the Eaton Centre and at City Hall.

Eaton Centre Parking

Located at 525 Bay Street.

Enter off Bay Street, south of Dundas Street.

To reach 1 Dundas Street West, exit the parking garage, taking the elevator to the Ground Level (2nd Floor). Exit onto Dundas Street and turn right. Walk East on Dundas towards Yonge Street. 1 Dundas entrance is located immediately after Joey Eaton Centre. 

City Hall Parking

Located at 110 Queen Street West.

Walking from the City Hall parking garage to 1 Dundas Street W. – Leave the garage from the “Seal” exit onto Bay Street, cross the road and walk down Albert Street. This will take you to the entrance to an entrance to the Eaton Centre. Once in the Eaton Centre, turn into Nordstrom and walk through to the other side. The entrance to 1 Dundas Street West is on your left hand side.

Reservation Methods

Online: Reservations can be made by booking online. This will automatically apply the corporate rate that is available. Please note that availability of the corporate rate is limited.

Please note that the toll-free number may put guests through to a central department, not the hotel directly.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. The hotel is happy to provide an early check-in based on availability at the time of arrival (request for early check-in prior to arrival cannot be guaranteed).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of any reservation must be made by 24 hours prior to arrival. If any reservations are not canceled by the above time indicated, one night’s room and tax will be charged against the credit card.
