Bulletin:

    At present - as of September, 2000, the website has a page for each of the following law school courses: Fundamental Justice and the Charter; Criminal Law; Freedom of  Expression and the Press; and U.S. Constitutional Law.  The Fundamental Justice page provides the syllabus for the seminar when it was last taught in the fall of 1999, and is therefore not current.  The page for s.2(b) of the Charter includes the casebook materials for Freedom of Expression and the Press; this part of the website will be updated in the fall of 2000.  The Criminal Law and U.S. Constitutional Law pages provide basic information about those courses, each of which will be offered in 2000-01.  The U.S. Constitutional Law page will be updated  in the fall of 2000.

    Other pages on this website provide some information about me  [the "CV" page]; my creative writing project [Red Blanket Coat]; and my dog [Harvey's] page. Some of these pages will be expanded and changed during the fall of 2000.
