The Borderless Higher Education for Refugees project, led by anthropology Professor Wenona Giles and education Professor Don Dippo, brings post-secondary education to students in Kenya’s Dadaab refugee camps. Fifty-nine students, the first class to graduate from this program, have received a York University Certificate of Completion in Educational Studies. Full Story
