Izabela is a senior manager, strategy and emerging solutions delivery at Interac Corp with over 10 years of experience in financial services, tech & media. As a certified scrum product owner, Izabela specializes in digital strategy, product development, agile project management (scrum & kanban), market & user research, customer journey mapping and more. Prior to working at Interac Corp, Izabela worked with BMO Financial Group as a senior direct product manager where she was responsible for strategic roadmap, digital sales and customer experience of bmo.com websites, specifically insurance and online investing. Additionally, Izabela also managed internal stakeholders as well as agencies to ensure technical builds met business objectives, budgets and timelines. As a previous people manager, Izabela is also experienced with hiring, on boarding & mentoring of junior employees. Izabela has also been a recipient of employee recognition awards for high performers.  

Izabela Nanushi studied abroad at Paris Dauphine University and later went on to successfully completing her international Bachelor of Business Administration at York University’s Schulich School of Business. During her period of study at Schulich, Izabela was also involved as an Executive Board Member of AIESEC.
